At Aberdeen Acai and Smoothie Shop a smoothie is the perfect meal replacement, however the ingredients you choose for your smoothie will be the determining factor if the smoothie is good for weight loss. We recommend ingredients like spinach, kale, and protein powder to help with weight loss.
